Refund Policy

At Galeries de Bois Montréal, we stand behind the quality of our machinery and products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all included accessories and documentation.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-built or special-order machinery

  • Items marked as "final sale"

  • Used or damaged products due to misuse or improper installation

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [insert email/phone number] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Shipping costs for returns:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for large equipment or machinery.

4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same model or another item, contact us and we’ll assist you with the process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
