1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. For larger machinery or custom orders, additional handling time may apply. Customers will be notified of any delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options based on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered.
Estimated delivery times:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs.
3. Freight Shipping for Machinery
Heavy or oversized machinery will be shipped via freight carriers. Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise arranged. Please ensure you have the proper equipment and personnel to receive and unload the shipment.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages
Galeries de Bois Montréal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
